Trello Boards

Introduction

A Trello board is a project management tool that allows users to organize and track the progress of tasks and projects. It uses a "card" system, where each card represents a task or item on the to-do list. Users can create different lists on a board to represent different stages of a project, such as "To-Do," "In Progress," and "Done."

For game developers, Trello can be a great tool for organizing and tracking user feedback. Developers can create a dedicated board for user feedback, where they can create cards for each piece of feedback received. These cards can be organized into different lists based on the type of feedback (e.g. bug reports, feature requests, etc.), and can be assigned to different team members for follow-up. Additionally, developers can use the comments and attachments feature on the cards to have discussions and share relevant information related to the feedback. This allows developers to keep track of all feedback received, prioritize it and make sure that it is addressed in a timely manner.
